About Thich Nhat Hanh (called “Thay” by his students):
Thay is a Buddhist monk. His teaching is light, joyful, welcoming and friendly to people with different religious backgrounds. In 1967, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. nominated Thay for the Nobel Peace Prize. Thay is the author of many books, including Peace Is In Every Step: The Path of Mindfulness in Everyday Life, The Miracle of Mindfulness: An Introduction to the Practice of Meditation, and You Are Here: Discovering the Magic of the Present Moment.

In our busy life, we often forget to notice our present moment.  We forget to connect with our breathing and our consciousness.  We rush from one thing to another, busily moving through the motions of life.  When we practice mindful breathing, we start to slow down and pay attention to our body, and we start noticing the wonders that are happening around us.

Everyone is welcome, and no prior experience is needed.

Please fill in this form if you are interested in joining our meditation sessions.

With loving heart,
